Most people's daily lives revolve around work, family life and money. Our company is based on money and our relationship to it is unique. Between making money to be happy and doing everything to make money, the nuances are many and define us each in relation to this predominant element.
You don't have to do a psychological test to define yourself in the face of money. Our consumerist society makes money a new God who was originally only a means to improve daily life and live in acceptable comfort. But money fascinates and erases many moods.
So who are we dealing with money?
Some people use money to disdain it. It seems to them the best example of temptation and use it little. It can be people who have lived in opulence at the expense of affection. With money replacing the absence of parents who are too busy earning money, the children of such people are often dismissive of money. This type of person admits to having benefited from the benefits of money, but on the other hand regret it.
Others have very little attachment to possession. They are not more interested in owning the money than they are. If there is money, that is fine, in the other case it is not a big deal. So it's hard to motivate this type of people with money.
Finally, those who have missed it and who have seen their parents not be able to meet their needs, will generally do everything to win. But the goal will no longer be like filling a void. Then the only goal will be to earn more money. At the expense of the simple happiness of living.
The unbridled consumption of our society has seen a new kind of individual who are compulsive spenders. Their relationship to money is completely falsified since the basics are no longer respected. They no longer spend on cash, but they enjoy themselves without paying attention to what they actually hold financially. We know the conclusions that are not very good. Money as a means and not as a goal, this should remain the only alternative. But we do not approach this money in the same way.
