The state of mind we are in is very important. The maturity necessary to make a lasting commitment is not acquired in a day. Being able to communicate, respecting others, knowing how to give and receive takes time.
Psychologists, differentiate different stages in our lives that constitute our ability to love. Like steps to climb, you have to walk step by step on the staircase of love to reach the top.
These steps make us mature, mature, allow us to build our personality and make love choices. They teach us:

It is not necessarily love at first sight. It can be the meeting of an individual who attracts us a little, then a lot, a friendship that gradually transforms into love. On this day, we are able to invest in a relationship that grows through things that bring us closer together as well as differences. At this point, we are ready to engage and build a couple that lasts.
